Belinda's Real Estate News and Events: Belinda Spillman, Colorado Living! (Aspen Lane Real Estate Colorful Colorado)

Thanks For The Large Glass of Google Juice SYNLawn!

This summer, my husband and I decided to replace our sod with synthetic turf.  Now that we have had it for about 6 weeks, we realize this was an excellent decision.  It is so easy to maintain, looks great and our dogs love it!

The company we chose to install the lawn was very thorough throughout the process and followed up to make sure we were 100% satisfied.  Yes it’s true.  They actually cared what we thought, even after they
received payment in full.

They created a “Case Study” on their website where they are quoting many of the things I told them in the follow up.  If you have a chance, run over to this SYNlawn page and see what I am talking about.

Being in the service industry, I always strive to make sure my clients are happy from start to end.  I have found over the years though that most companies just don’t care if we are 100% satisfied.  What a refreshing surprise to find a company who thinks like I do!  They care about their customers.

If more companies would take this approach,
the world would be a happier place!

Thank you SYNlawn for making my voice heard.
