Good morning, Belinda -- that's a significant difference in the average household income in Highlands Ranch versus Colorado.   The dollar per square foot for the city certainly shows(once again) how much house you can buy in your market versus my area.

Hi Belinda - Excellent market report. I'd bet that 27 3-bedroom homes on the market is still insufficient to meet demand - interested buyers would benefit greatly from your expertise in this area - they're going to need an edge.
